Engagement information

How projects are scoped and delivered

This page is a plain-language operating summary, not jurisdiction-specific legal advice. Each accepted project receives its own written proposal or agreement.

01Role

48H Project Desk scopes projects, identifies a suitable delivery route, and coordinates work. Delivery may be performed by independent specialists, affiliated operators, managed partners, or a combination, as appropriate to the written proposal.

02Pricing and payment

There is no universal price. Currency, taxes, payment milestones, refund conditions, and any management or sourcing fees are stated in the project-specific proposal before payment.

03Scope and acceptance

The proposal defines deliverables, exclusions, responsibilities, timeline, revision limits, and acceptance criteria. Work outside the approved scope requires written agreement.

04Claims and outcomes

No revenue, lead volume, ranking, regulatory, or commercial outcome is guaranteed unless a specific measurable obligation is expressly written into the project agreement.

05Client responsibility

The client is responsible for timely information, lawful instructions, necessary rights to supplied materials, approvals, and compliance requirements specific to its industry and location.
